I use the following data needed to maintain a customer directory:
I only process necessary personal data
I only collect, process and store the personal data necessary to manage the customer directory.
I delete data when no longer necessary
I delete personal data when it is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose which was the reason for getting it. In principle, it will be no later than 1 year after the last order. Personal data for the use of accounting, however, is always kept for at least 5 years due to the rules in the bookkeeping act.
Disclosure and transfer of personal data
I only pass on personal data to partners and other stakeholders if necessary in order to fulfill the agreement I have entered into with the customer.
I do not disclose personal data for purposes that do not result from the customer relationship.
The customer is entitled to access his or her personal data
The customer is entitled to get information on the data collected about him/her, where they originate from, and what we use them for. The customer can also be informed how long we store personal data and who receives data about the customer.
However, access may be restricted for the privacy of other persons. The customer can make use of rights by contacting us.
Customer has the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or deleted
If the customer thinks that the personal data I collect about the customer are inaccurate or incorrect, the customer can of course contact me and I will correct them.
In some cases, I will have an obligation to delete personal data. This applies, for example, if the customer withdraws his consent. If the customer thinks that data is no longer necessary for the purpose (customer relationship) that I obtained them for, the customer may ask to have them deleted. The customer can also contact me if the customer thinks that personal data is being processed in violation of the law or other legal obligations.
The customer is entitled to object to my processing of personal data
The customer is entitled to object to my processing of personal data. The customer may also object to my disclosure of data for marketing purposes. If the customer’s objection is justified, I stop processing and delete the customer’s data.
If the customer wishes to use his / her right to data portability, the customer will receive personal data from us in a commonly used format.
The customer has the right to receive the personal data that the customer has made available to me and those I have obtained about the customer of other actors based on the customer’s consent.
General information about the customer’s use of its rights
If the customer wishes to access data, correct them or delete them, or object to my data processing, I will investigate if possible and respond to the inquiry as soon as possible and no later than one month after I have received a request.
Right to appeal to Datatilsynet
The customer is entitled to complain to Datatilsynet if the customer thinks that my processing of personal data does not comply with the requirements of the law.
